My name is Carla Donnelly. I am a primary inclusion special education teacher at Volta Elementary School. Although I am new to Volta Elementary,  I have been teaching for over 23 years! I am passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals. I look forward to the start of an amazing school year!
