About me

Hello Volta Families,

My name is Dipal Parekh and this is my 24th year at Volta Elementary School. I completed my Master's Degree from DePaul University in urban education. I also attended National Loius University to get my endorsement in ESL/Bilingual. I have two wonderful kids, both are Volta alumni and doing wonderful in their respective careers. Volta has laid a strong foundation for them and it is my time to give back to Volta. I continue to strive very hard and help our Volta students by supporting teachers and equipping them to meet the needs of various English Learners in their classrooms.
